#1 - He knows his stuff and clearly enjoys it. He gave us new and interesting topics to study and new ways to communicate the information we learned.
#3 - Dr. Croxall's class discussions really helped me to understand the reading, because the reading was somewhat difficult at times. I really enjoyed the social networking assignments he incorporated into the class because it really broke the ice and allowed the students to get to know one another.
#4 - my favorite course of the semester-- I really enjoyed everything we read
#5 - Dr. Croxall is very prepared for class discussion. He is able to explain difficult concepts in a way for the class to understand.

#1 - I don't really see the point of the Zotero annotated bibliographies, or the wiki/wave notes. I know they helped us use technology, but they were sometimes harder to use (download, allow for technical difficulties, etc) than was worth what we learned and conveyed that we learned.
#5 - We read a lot of criticism. I feel that the class would have gotten more out of the course if we discussed the criticism in relation to a work rather than having to read 20 pages of criticism that we may have understood half.

#5 - Keeping the class light and active would have been helpful in dealing with some of the difficult texts that we did.

#5 - Yes. Dr. Croxall is a great professor. He provides extensive feedback on all work. He is available for help outside of class. You can tell he really cares about his students and their success. Clemson is losing a wonderful professor this semester!
