You might be interested in TweetQuoter then. It’s a tool that I wrote over the weekend which enables bloggers to easily embed tweets on their website.
All you need to do is replace “twitter.com” with “tweetquoter.com” of a tweet URL, and you can embed that URL as an image. There are some example and tips on the site, but it should be very easy to figure out how to use it.
